To book your stay at Culzean House we will require a Good Housekeeping deposit/security deposit of *£200 with the full rental balance due 45 days before your arrival date. *£300 for Christmas or New Year.
Please note: there is an additional £10 charge for payments made by credit/debit card.
The Good Housekeeping deposit/security deposit is fully refundable within 21 days of your departure provided there is no undue damage or wear and tear to Culzean House and its facilities. This allows for our cleaning contractors and linen services to submit their comments. Please note: If you were to cancel your booking, your good housekeeping fee /security deposit would be retained.
In order to adhere to our strict cleaning regime, please note that the earliest check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am on day of departure.

- Pets welcome - Permission required on booking because there are farm animals and deer in adjacent fields. There is a £30 charge per animal in view of additional cleaning costs.
